i'm hearing mixed answers so i'm coming to the source. i'm an out of towner seasonl who wants to upgrade. Do i need to do this in person or can i do it on the phone?

I would probably call Disney Casting... is there even a number for that? Tell them you're seasonal now and want to go full time. Maybe if you tell them your manager's info they can contact them? I don't know! Or try contacting your manager??
I called casting. it's really different for people in my department since we don't really have an assigned manager. But i'm covered thanks.
