How do you open your 180+10 ADR window

Log into your account on My Disney Experience and go to Things To Do > Make Reservations. From there you can look at a specific restaurant and choose the date on your calendar, or do a date search first and see what restaurants have availability on that day.

I tried it several times with no joy I could only get 180 and yes I am staying on site. I rang and got all my ADR's including BOG. I asked why it wouldn't work doing it on line and was told that is was currently not a option!
So as many have said that you get different answers from different CM,
I emailed
"I don't know if this is the right place but I am unable to book ADR's
for 180 + 10 on the MDE site, I have already phoned and have my ADR's
but I would like to know why? was I doing something wrong?

and got this response
"Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.
To take advantage of the 180 days + 10 entitlement that Walt Disney
World® resort Guests receive, dining reservations must be made by phone.
You did not do anything wrong, there is currently not an online option
for this special opportunity.
If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact
us at 407-939-5277."
Well if nothing else I got the same answer from 2 different CM's. Good luck getting your intented ADR's.
So as many have said that you get different answers from different CM,

Interesting. It worked fine for me about a month ago. If this is a new change, I wonder why they would make it. Bummer!

I just did an online chat with a cast member named Paul. He said you could still make the 180 day plus 10 on line using MDE, so who knows what the truth is. I will try calling and see if I get the same response

Weird... I booked my 180+10 on Sunday... online... with no issues.
I had booked my resort stay earlier in April, online, through Disneyworld.com, logged into our MDE account.
On Sunday, my 180 day mark, I logged into MDE via our Desktop and was prompted with the options of "reserving" FastPass+, Dinning, creating an Itinerary, etc... I chose Dinning reservations, directly through our MDE "home page" and was re-directed to the standard ADR page.
When I moved the calendar to October, all dates of our vacation, including departure, were available for search/booking.
Even at 7:45a... I was able to book BOG for 5:55p the night of our intended MNSSHP. No phone calls were needed... Credit Card information was entered once and stored for ease of making multiple reservations.
