How do you make your avatar change from picture to picture?

I've found a few avatars that I'd like to use for the site that change from picture to picture, kind of like an animation, but I don't know how to put them on the site! Can some tell me how?

You will have to make an animated gif file. This would be done in a windows program. Just google for "Animated Gif Maker" and you will have several programs to choose from.
