How do you imagineer that?

Ok, I have recently started to reaserch this complicated matter.

Say I wanted to build my own amusement park, what would I do to own the land, to build there, to have the money neccisary (sp?), and etc...?

I especially would like to know how to get the neccisary money to do such a thing.

Any and all comments welcome.

Get investors. Get the city and state involved to give you tax breaks.

Just buy the land (lots of it) and get it zoned for what you need.
