How do you get pictures under you username

How do you get a picture under your username when you post stuff/ :brick:

At the top of the screen, theres a botton that says user cp (user control panel). Once you click that, theres another link that says edit options at the top, and when you click that, go to the bottom of the page, and the last thing on it says 'avatar' to the right of it, it'll say change avatar: click on that
