How do you drive from winter garden to Disney?

We are heading from winter garden to the contemporary. The easiest and straightest route there is down Ficquette road to Reams road, but it says that "this route has restricted usage or private roads.

Would you have to go all the way around or can you just go straight down from winter garden to the contemporary?
