How do i put a picture as my forum signature?

It may be disabled. Steve (our moderator) & the rest of the members do not really look too kindly on pictures in signatures as they usually take up large amounts of space in threads and on the whole board in general. So as a general formality, it is asked that pictures in signatures be kept to "smilie" size.

The image that you use would need to be hosted on a web server, and accessible using http://www.something.com/image/file.gif (for example)

Nobody else can see your C drive from the Internet, so that is why your current signature doesnt work.
