How Do I?

How do i change the "junior member" title. Usually u go to user cp and u can change it, but that doesnt seem to work.

Your title is based on your post count. The more you contribute, the higher in rank you'll climb.

Now i have a second question. How did u get that flag under ur name?

At the top of the page there is a button with "user cp" on it. When you go to that, hit the "edit profile" link and then look for a place to upload or link to an avatar. Any other ?'s just ask.
