How do I get a job- any job at Disney World?

If you don't like waiting, applying for Disney is not the thing for you. That would be my one piece of advice for you, BE PATIENT. Depending on where the posting is for, it could be weeks before you hear back. Until your little bar on your application says "no longer in consideration", the post is still open and you still have a shot. Don't call and pester, just hang tight and wait it out. GOOD LUCK!

No, as far as I know it would say "no longer in consideration". It may be a glitch in the system so I would check back in the morning. If it still doesn't show up I'd give you the green light to call casting just to make sure it was submitted correctly (or at all for that matter).

I know someone who reported the same issue where the job they applied for disappeared. As @CaptainShortty said it would most likely say no longer in consideration. I'm about to start my CP and I still have a PI on my dashboard almost 7 months later that says no longer in consideration.
My best advice is smile. Even if you get a phone interview first smile. Somehow they can tell if you are smiling on the phone or not. Also stress that the customer experience is very important to you and that the customers day is number one for you. If that isn't your job model then Disney isn't for you. You can work long hours and get crappy break times (One girl I know got her break after only being on for 2 hours of a 9 hour shift) and you have to suck it up and smile and give the guests 100%. Also be calm, confident, and yourself. Disney looks for a wide range of people so don't feel like you need to change yourself.

I just logged in to my dashboard several times and each time it says I haven't applied for any jobs which I know is not true. It's been about 3 weeks since my first phone interview which is about the time they told me they'd be getting back to me. Just wondering if anything has changed for you since you first saw 'you haven't applied for any jobs?'
I called them about it. What it is, is just a glitch in their system. My dashboard is normal again but sometimes I would see that message again. I'm still waiting! You had a phone interview? Perhaps you should call them and ask for a follow up since it's been weeks. I haven't done any sort of interview, not even the web-based one.

Good to know it's just a glitch, I just logged in again and everything is back to normal. I was told they would get back to me around this time to let me know if I'll be interviewing via skype. The internship I applied for is actually supposed to begin end of September/beginning of October so they should be making a decision relatively soon.
I say give it another week, then follow up with them! I'm also planning to do an internship with Disney, but I just can't find something that's in my field (healthcare). Good luck though! Tell us how it goes
