How do I change my profile signature??

Along the top where you see your user name, if you hover over it, it brings down a drop down menu, and Signature is an option. If you click there on your user name instead of hovering over it, it will bring you to your account page, and along the left hand side under Settings, you will also find the same Signature page.

I don't see "Settings" anywhere on the pull-down or on my Profile Page.
