How Do I Change My Avatar Picture

I've been trying to change my avatar picture but I just can't figure can someone please help

Click on your user name up in the upper right (next to the inbox). Go to avatar and follow directions there.

It's still not working where it says choose file it's blank

It makes a universal avatar you can use on other forums too.

Ok how do you do it

If you want to use Gravatar, click where it says What is Gravatar and follow the links there. If you just want to use a picture you have, click on the custom avatar button, then browse your file to get the address for it (see the directions steve put in for downlaoding pictures)
