How Disney Turned a Dreaded Trip Into the Experience of a Lifetime

I ran across the following article today and thought it was worth sharing here. I find it interesting because it's the second I've seen recently with a similar tone as this. The writer was not a big "fan" of the parks, nor necessarily fond of going, but the experience changed their minds. This new change of mind came in part due to MagicBands. It's neat to read about others' enlightenment and seeing the magic that so many of us on here know quite well, but it's also just a bit concerning, considering this will mean a new era of fans, and bigger crowds.

He did pretty well until he got to the end. If you can't tell the difference between Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, you have some serious observational problems. But, if he enjoyed it then why can't the rest of us. It's all make-believe anyway, we can make it whatever we want it to be. Some are so soured by life that they no longer have the ability to feel positive about anything.

Not entirely true. I felt positive about winning the lottery. However, I did turn into a negative nelly when I found out that I would have to wait 36 hours for my first 23 million dollar installment. *sigh*
