How can I get into wdw cast member as a Japanese ppl

Is that possible to work at wdw as a Japanese ? Is there any way to get hired from wdw directly? I’m not interested to working at inside of Epcot-Japan …
I am 20years old fully Japanese. I went Canadian high school but I quit Canadian high school for some reasons 4months before graduate. I do not having diploma or GED. Are those requested to apply wdw?
After coming back to Japan, I worked at Tokyo Disney Sea. Then I recognized I am dying to work at wdw. Is there any way to get a chance to work at wdw?
I am a hard worker and independent. I can improve my English skill more and more.
