how can i capture adobe video free?

Hey everyone does anyone know how i can capture adobe video for free or if someone can capture this video for me? Im trying to get it and burn to a DVD for my Girlfriend because one of her christmas presents is a trip to Disney World in april and i made her a Disney survival kit and i would like to put this in there. Help! Thank you

If you use FireFox there's an extension called Download Helper that will do it for you. If you can't get that, I can upload the video for you.

that was a tough one .. the neat effect with the name is done on the fly in the flv php app .. so only way I figured out was capturing it off screen

did it for ya .. size got a bit large .. but hey it's free
