How can I add one person to a reservation without starting over?

My teenaged stepdaughter just found out she can join the three of us - my husband, myself and our 10-year-old - at Disney. The problem is, we arrive on June 8, so I've got to scramble to add her to FP's and dining reservations. I know I'll have to do the FPs from scratch to find the ones available to include her.

But for dining, I'm hoping there's a way I can add one person to a dining reservation without cancelling it and starting over, since some of them, like BOG, aren't easy to snag.

The reason I'm hoping we can "just" add one person is because we're going from 3 people to 4 people, so usually they'll have reserved a four-top table for us already.

I tried to do it online, and it won't let me add a person without starting over. Is there a number to call the restaurant at to try to add a person? Since this is MK restaurants and not ones open to the public outside of the park, I don't know how to do it. Any advice would be welcomed.

Instead of starting from scratch on your FP'es, go into My Disney Experience, select your FastPass and then click "Change Party." As long as she has park tickets linked to her, you should be able to add her; not guaranteed though. A few years ago I was able to add someone last minute, even for popular rides. If it doesn't let you add her at first, keep trying, even up to the day of.

It doesn't hurt that you're adding one person to 3, as there's no such thing as a 3-person table (well, not at Disney anyway). Your party of 3 has reserved 4-top tables, which makes it very easy to go from 3 to 4.

Wow, the WDW phone customer service guy was so helpful. He added my stepdaughter to every single FP we had, except the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. and that one he said customer service at the park should probably be able to do for me.
