How are Uber and Lyft working?

I recently went to Las Vegas and Uber and Lyft had very long waits if they even showed up at all. Talked with a taxi driver and he said it was because of the 600$ extra they are getting on unemployment which is more than they make driving, so they arent working. Is Orlando/WDW having the same issues right now with long waits or even getting a driver to accept the ride? Thanks

I've only heard from two people who've Ubered in the past week or so in Orlando, but neither of them had any issues.
