I'm going to MK and Epcot the day Splash Mountain and Test Track reopen after a maintenance and I wanted to know how are the rides wait time after this... does anyone know?

I mean, unless the rides were getting complete overhauls, (which they’re not) you shouldn’t expect an above average wait time. It should be the general wait that particular ride normally gets. Because not many people really stare at the opening dates for refurbishments unless they’re really big. (Except maybe us for whatever reason.)

Hit or miss. Most people aren't going to schedule their park visit because a ride is coming back online unless it's a new attraction. Crowds turn over every day so you can expect the standard wait times based on day/holiday/time of year.

If an attraction has been down for a period of time guests who revisit that park for a second visit during their trip may want to ride because they had missed it. Others who just arrived at WDW on their trip would be planning the ride as a normal day plan. There shouldnt be a line mob because they arent just opened as new or attractions that werent there before. Both SM and TT are still popular in each of their parks so arranging a FP+ for both will help you avoid a lengthy standby time.
