Hotels.com Reservation Question

Hello all! It's my first post on here :)

I have a Hotels.com reservation for the Art of Animation hotel in October. Will I be able to log on to Disney.com to add dining reservations or anything like that? Or no, since I went through hotels.com? Will I be able to use the bus from the airport?

The rate was not discounted from the basic Disney site but I was close to getting my 10th stay on hotels.com, therefore a free room. Just wondered if I am an "outcase" on Disney.com reservation site now. lol.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi! You won't be able to the Disney.com site and do online check in or tie your dining reservations to your resort stay. I'm not sure about the magical express - I think you have to have made your reservation through Disney to use that service but since I only live a couple of hours away and drive in, I've never used the service.

You can still make dining reservations, they just won't be tied to the room reservation.

When the prices are similar to the Disney site, I use hotels.com myself.

Since you are traveling within the 180 days, you should have no problems making dining reservations online. Or over the phone. As far as DME goes, you would need to get your Disney reservation number from Hotels.com customer service.

On a similar note I have booked a night at the Kidani Village because the Hotels.com deal I had, and I am wondering when I will be able to log in to set up Fast passes?

Using your Disney confirmation number, you may have to call Hotels.com to get it, link to your MDE account and book FP at 60 days out from your reservation date. Sometimes third party sites have issues finding that DISNEY confirmation number but it is there in their system. Be persistent if necessary. It is the only way to link.
