Bill McCreary, general manager of the Swan and Dolphin hotels at Disney World, has been named Hotelier of the Year by the Florida Hotel & Motel Association.

Thomas Waits, the group's president, called McCreary "a leader in the industry and a role model for up-and-coming hoteliers."

That's good to know, as I'm staying in the Dolphin in 4 days time!

I shall expect it to be a great hotel in that case. I have heard several people complain about the Swan and Dolphin and the lack of interest that the staff show when you complain. Now I know who to complain to if I'm really not happy.... but I'm sure it will be a great hotel!
