Hotel/Villa in between Disney and Universal with public transport links

Good Morning All

We were wondering if someone could recommended a Hotel/Villa in between Disney and Universal with public transport links, I am sure it would be easier to do a multi-centre break but was wondering if such a hotel/villa exists.

Also thinking of buying a holiday home, any recommendations, preferable without really high HOA fees.

I wouldn't rely on public transportation to get to the parks.

Also if you're looking to buy a home that's something that you'll have to do your own research on and its quite a big investment.
