Great resort

I stayed there in 1997 and thought that the resort was excellent.

The free-form pool with slide and waterfall is awesome.
There are two whirlpools, one with a waterfall.

The rooms were renovated a few years ago.

They provided free transportation to WDW and Universal.

There's a restaurant, deli, lounge, and poolside lounge.

Within walking distance is a small convenience store
(good for snacks and breakfast items).

The resort is located across the highway from Celebration.
It's only a 5 or 10 minute ride to WDW.

I stayed at The Contemporary Resort last year and really
preferred the Radisson Resort Parkway.

Have fun.

We've stayed there at least three times! I think you'll really enjoy it there. The people are very friendly. Were you able to get the deal with the breakfast coupons? If not, you might want to inquire about them. Their restaurant is just awesome, especially the breakfasts. Tons of food to choose from and the chefs there make your own omlette or eggs the way you want them!

The pool is very cool...has a waterfall and a slide at one and the other is just a usual pool (no waterfall or slide). The hot tubs or jacuzzis are excellent as well...kinda hidden away so it's nice and relaxing!

The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful! You will definitely enjoy your time there! We stayed there until we became DVC members and now stay on property! I'm pretty confident that if we hadn't of joined DVC, we would still be staying there.

Enjoy yourselves!!:)

We stayed there last year at Easter. The pool is great but be warned that it is not heated! There's a smaller pool that's heated and that's where most of us went swimming.

The rest of the resort was fine. It's very close to WDW and convenient to shopping, etc...

Have fun.

Just a thought - your hotel is just somewhere to sleep (ok, ok, its nice to have all these great facilities, choices of restaurant, etc) - You're in Orlando for one thing only and thats to do the parks !!!

I think next time you go, you should really try staying at one of the three Disney All-Star Resorts. They're cheap and easy and right on Disney property.
No offense...just a piece of advice, if you are going to Disney World you should really stay with Disney World for the full experience...TRUST ME :D

I agree the last time i went i stayed at the dolphin, and theres nothing better than lookin out your window and seeing spaceship earth. but during this trip to disney My girlfriend and I are going and I am 21 years old, and I am paying so i had to think economically :) The travel agent had said that the radisson was a great place got some good reviews & the package was about 400$ less than the one i would have gotten at the All star resorts.. so i figured id stay off property..

:sohappy: 36 more days to go till Disney :sohappy:
