Hotel Plaza Blvd- early entry?

Are guest staying at one of the hotel plaza blvd hotels allowed to use early entry?

Yes, only guests at the Hilton. (When I stay off-property, I always stay at the Grosvenor, which does NOT participate in the early-entry program. Since it's not an issue for me, it doesn't matter.)
