Yeah I know its a good idea...I was hoping my previous post might help him with this new hotel idea. SO CHILL OUT!
Hey!!!! No need to fight. I kindof figured when I first posted this idea that I would have some people saying that it wasnt original, but it still is no matter what they say...every idea is! No ones ideas are EXACTLY the same...

yea its good concept but i dont like the entire idea b/c of this: y would n e 1 wanna stay sum where like Canada i mean i kno i never would...the only place i would stay at would be USA.....and i think alota ppl would feel the same way..........i think it would be kool to have a hotel based on jus AMerica
In case you haven't noticed, a large amount of WDW's guests are from other countries besides the USA. They may want someone like home to stay, if they are thinking like you are. Many people would stay in other countries other than thier own. If I would have to pick just one country to stay in of this hotel, it would probably be Japan.

Disney's World Showcase Resort would be gigantic (as you can tell). The countries represented would be the same as those represented in EPCOT Center. These are Canada, United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, Colonial USA, Italy, Germany, China, Norway, and Mexico. Each country would have one pool, being themed to either a landmark in the country or something in its history.

I thought of a resort like this and it would be behiind American Adventure but each floor is a different country. from every room you can get a great view of Illumintaions. I think I like our ideas better. I worked on it a little bit but I have mostly been working on a Finding Nemo ride that would go in the 20k lagoon or what ever is left of it.

I like this idea. Maybe a bit too many rooms, but still nice ideas! How big will this hotel be anyway?
I was looking at it to be about 30-35 acres...possibly 40!
Does anyone have thier concept art completed yet???

I had a room layout done but I havent worked on it in ages. I might have some drawings of rooms of some countries.
How bout now? Any concept art or new ideas?!?!

no but today i had an idea for the lobby with all the countries flags hanging on teh ceiling. Post any concept art. But I will work on some tonite and go to my uncles house and scan it in.(I dont have a scanner). Will get back to you ASAP. I would like to see someone else's concept art so I dont take any ideas.

We could have like a really high (3 story) cathedral, wooden cieling with huge rafter beams and then the flags could be like 12 ft. by 8 ft.. So they would be quite large! We could either have flags of just the represented countries or flags of all the nations of the world. If we have all the flags, that would make the lobby huge, so maybe just the represented countries would be enough. If they are all a member of the United Nations then we could have a UN flag too possibly hanging in the very middle of them all.

hey, you should get someone to design the room layout or the outside decoration on the sims2...its great for that kinda stuff...
I have it and attempted to create PO:FQ, didnt work very well lol...im rubbish at proportion and stuff.
Maybe if someone gets the basics drawn, I'll have a stab at it :wave:

I have the Sims2...i never thought about that. I've created hotels in there before, but this never clicked! lol. I might try that sometime
