They won't break that down by the day and by the individual resort. The best you could probably hope for is pulling numbers from the annual report and making an estimate.

I could be wrong. This is the internet, so if I am someone will be along shortly to let me know.

I presume you are looking for RevPAR. You are very unlikely to find that. For most hoteliers that is a confidential metric that you do not disclose to your competition. It is a critical metric which represents how well you are filling your rooms at various times. The metric is calculated for various times of the year. Give that out and you let your competitors know how to market to take away business. You just don't do that and our hotel group only makes it available to hotel managers and the boards.

As a pp said, you could do a rough estimate but it would be very inaccurate and virtually useless.

ok so I just asked my professor and she said an annual report would be fine so now I just have to try to guesstimate how much an individual resort would have

Hotelier here and just trying to help a bit. Is your project about total revenues or room revenues? Total revenues include things like shops, restaurants, recreation and so on. So it will be quite different for a Value versus deluxe with different types of those non-room revenues. I haven't seen Disney breakdown separate hotels so you may have to include an adjustment for that.

If it's room revenues that's really hard. Even Disney closes off floors and buildings at times. They do have short but shallow shoulder seasons. I've walked around and seen the telltale signs. That's at least part of the PAR aspect.

The exercise is likely to show understanding of these concepts so just do a little research and some good logic. Hope you do well.
