Horchata Margarita!

Today Drinking Disney shared a photo of La Cava del Tequila's newest offering, a horchata margarita!

I'm really excited about this, and not just for the drink itself. The idea of horchata liqueur and cinnamon does appeal to me, but I also hope this means that the San Angel Inn will have access to the agua de horchata now. It's something I thought the restaurant needed in the past, especially to accompany the hotter dishes on the menu.

That looks tasty and I hope they keep it on the menu. I love horchata and I never thought of making it into a margarita. I love the idea.

Agreed. I also like that it seems kind of dessert-y. It might be nice with a churro before IllumiNations.

Horchata is kind of similar to an almond or rice milk, with cinnamon. I know that doesn't sound appealing, but it's really better than anything I can liken it to.
