I just cancelled a Hoop Dee Doo Reservation this morning for Fri Sept 29 at 5:45 for 4 people. Don't know if anybody wants it, but it was cancelled around 7:45am eastern.

I heard a few years ago that cancellations were collected over the course of a day and entered in the system overnight, so that 7 AM the following day was the best time to call for places that tend to be fully booked. Is that still true, or has advanced computer technology made it possible to grab an open reservation as soon as it's been cancelled??
