Hooked..Once Again! Help With Late Winter Trip!

I have returned from my August 16-21 jaunt to POFQ hyper excited and once again enthused about the Disney I remember from my youth. (A quick note to thank everyone on the boards for their help and tips that made my trip perfect!)

I am already planning a trip in February/March and was a tad confused as to attendance. I keep hearing Presidents Week is to be avoided. Now being a canuck, I am afraid I don't really know when those dates would be????

I have already begun looking around for availabilities for POFQ in February and I can't seem to find any. Is this to be expected?

I was also wondering if in the past, codes have become available for Feb/March/April packages? And this may seem equally clueless: who received these codes?

I will tell you to try your best to avoid President's Day weekend because it is busy, but it's the only weekend/week you can go, you will be fine. The parks are full, but not too packed. I would say Easter is crazier! My key advice for the times of the year that I've been there (January-August), get to the parks early and get as much as you can done before the crowds arrive!
