I was lucky enough to be able to take my family to Hong Kong Disney last month and considering it is only a small park I was very impressed.
We traveled to the park on the local Metro/Underground system and from the Sunny Bay station there is a dedicated train into the park/resort and this is where the Disney expereince begins - mouse/ears shaped windows in the train, display cabinates with character statues etc.
As I said, the park is quite small - a reduced version of Magic Kingdom - but it has a good selection of favorates. There is a Space Mountain and that is really the biggest/fastest ride in the park - everything else is at teacups/dumbo level.
There were a couple of parades and a couple of shows. Festival of the lion king was similar to the US version, but "The Golden Mickey's" is unique to Hong Kong and with the narration in Chinese (subtitled on screens) it takes a few minutes to get into, but it is a good show.
Only two or three rides had fast pass, but stand by lines weren't excessive - longest we saw was 55mins for the Winnie the Pooh ride.
Although there didn't seem to be many westerners there, English is still the main language and on the Jungle Cruise they run 3 seperate cruises depending on the language - the jokes/commentery will be just as corny however it's delivered, I'm sure.
All in all we had a very good day.
