Hong Kong DL Expansion???

After reading about the supposive budget cuts for Mystic Manor, I was wondering, what about the rest of the expansion?

Is it underway? Did it even start? I would imagine the Toy Story Land would be the same, as the attractions are decorated carnival rides. The other two lands seem like they were supposed to be WDI original concepts, and the concept art looked amazing. Would love to know what is happening.

I heard that the Hong Kong Disneyland opening day was as disastrous as Disneyland's opening day. It was severely overcrowded. Disney plans to make an expansion. There were many ticket problems. I guess Disney underestimated the attendance?...:shrug:

If toy story play land is basically canrnival rides, does that mean that its relatively easy to remove? Im pretty sure Disney knows that the concept is far too stupid to be permenant.....right?
