If initial attendance projections were wrong, how do they know that these will be right?
It's interesting how they consider the proposed Shanghai Disneyland competition. I wonder if Disney built HKDL first knowing that it would never be built with Shanghai already in place. I'm beginning to wonder if HK politicians were hoodwinked in some way.
