So here is my basic trip report for our honeymoon. We flew in 2 days prior to Ft. Lauderdale and spent two days with some friends, drove in early Monday, dropped off everything at Coronado springs, went to mco, ditched rental car and got ME back to hotel.
We did do the online check in for Coronado. When we first checked it went smooth as butter. The hostess was eager to get us to a clerk to check in. They had out packet ready and gave us Happily ever after pins and a voucher for a Champaign toast. we drove to room and seemed great. The new wife of course had to use the bathroom and no sooner went in then I heard a scream. There was a good size cockroach who made himself a home. I disposed of it and checked the room. seemed clean and tidy so we just dismissed it. We had a voicemail on the phone from mickey and Minnie wishing us a congrats for he marriage. Nice touch! I called to bell services and asked for a cart since we had gone food shopping and still had bags. We were on the 4th floor and not near any elevator close. They said they didn't have any available. so we just emptied our suitcases and used them to wheel the rest up.
After our down and back to the airport we started our park adventures!
MK:
WE did MNSSHP for he first time and what a great time! we did all the shows, parades and saw the headless horseman. all very well worth it. I love the Pirates adventure in adventure land. only did one map but it was fun to do and see the hidden elements all around. everything else was good. splash had some elements workings here and there and some got fixed some days when others went out. New mermaid ride was cool, no really e-ticket I think but nice. 7 dwarfs looks amazing from the progress.
EPCOT:
all around was good. I loved the new test track but they seem to have timing issues between design and the track. doesn't seem like the ride can move many people per hr.
More to come soon!
