Honeymoon at DVC resort

I'm hoping somebody with knowledge of this will be able to help me out. I've never traveled this way before, but my honeymoon in July will be at Old Key West in a 1-bedroom we got by trading Hilton timeshare points through RCI. All of my reservation confirmations and communication has been through Hilton, and I have no confirmation number for Disney, nor have I actually spoken to anyone AT WDW. When I HAVE tried to contact Disney, I'm continually rerouted to the DVC people who only seem to know about SELLING timeshares, not guest services. My questions:

1) How can I make special requests such as notifying the folks at OKW that we'll be on our honeymoon, request a certain building, book Magical Express etc etc?

2) Will I be able to tie our park tickets to our room keys, or would I be better off just going to AAA to get the tickets separately?

Your first step is to call RCI and get them to send the reservation information to the resort now. Not later, but now. Until they do that, OKW/Disney have no idea you are coming. Basically you just sit in their system as "RCI SWAP" or something like that. And then about a week out is when they actually go ahead and send the info over. So it's not so much that they don't want to provide you assistance, but rather that they cannot. Once they send the info over you should be able to get a confirmation number from DVC member services I believe (I can't remember if it was them or CRO, RCI should be able to tell you). Once you have that, you can treat it like a normal reservation and make requests and the like.

You can tie your tickets to your room keys, no matter where you buy them from. One of the ticket resellers like Undercover Tourist will probably be cheapest unless your AAA has a phenomenal deal.
