I am getting ready to apply for a position and was wondering if someone can give me an honest answer about the work environment\ benefits in the IT department. I assume it would be a Sr. level position or at least a team lead.
I'd love to work at Disney's IT as well but from people i have talked to that worked there, they said you'll prolly take a pay cut from where you are leaving. That and they outsource most of their lower level IT jobs. Only upper management are Disney employees.
