Hello everyone! I just wanted to share this with all of you! A little while back, I created an “it’s a small world” animatronic doll as a fun little project. It isn’t much, but I think it’s a fun little prop, and I’m fairly happy with how it came out, considering the fact that I had to hand sculpt the hands and face/eyes out of clay, and paint them. I used a reindeer/synchronous motor for the movement, and built it’s structure out of PVC pipe and wood. Hopefully you guys will take some inspiration from this, and it definitely is a fun little project. Here is a video of the doll on my YouTube channel, “Homemade Imagineering:”

Oh, and one more thing. I am currently working on a new animatronic dinosaur, based off the animatronic T-Rex from the Dino battle in the primeval world, Disneyland railroad diorama. He has three movements. A tongue movement, mouth open and close, and a nose wiggle movement. I hope to finish him soon, and I will update you all when it’s finished! Here is my current progress on him:
