Hollywood Studios Planning help please!!

Hello! I am trying to figure out which plan is best for HS - I've never been so I have no idea how long it takes to get from one area to another.. I would really appreciate any advice!

Sample plan 1 -

Arrive to park at rope drop - head straight to meet Buzz and Woody (get to them by 9am)

Voyage of the little mermaid show - 9:30

Spend time in Animation Courtyard from 10-11am

FP+ Toy Story Mania - 11am

** This is where I am getting confused**

We are planning to do the Fantasmic dining package with lunch at Mama Milrose - but we also want to see the Beauty and the Beast show and the Frozen sing along (Lord willing I get a FP+ for that)

We are planning a break in the afternoon and returning back for dinner and Fantasmic.

So - should we do our lunch at 11:30 after Toy Story (but also hoping to meet Mike & Sully before our reservation) and after lunch head to the 1pm Beauty and the Beast show then try for a 6pm FP+ for the Frozen sing along

OR

Should we see the Beauty and the Beast show at 11:45 and then make lunch reservations for 1pm and along the way meet Mike & Sully and still try for the 6pm Frozen sing along

OR

Should we see the Beauty and the Beast show at 11:45 and then make lunch reservations for 12:30pm and along the way meet Mike & Sully and try for the 1:40pm Frozen sing along.

Based on other peoples experiences, are any or all of these scenarios do-able? I should add we are going on a crowd level 4 day

Thank you for your help!!

I would make your dining reservations as soon as you're able, then keep your options open UNTIL you have made your FP+ for Frozen. You can then plan the rest of the day around the attractions that you don't have a definite time for, and your afternoon break

Sounds like meeting the characters is very important to you. Getting Fastpasses for the Frozen Sing-Along isn't difficult, so don't worry about that. I would get the dining booked asap (and Mama Melrose is one of my favorite places), get your Fastpasses booked, then make your schedule. Have a great time!

Thank you! Right now I have 2 different reservation times booked and once I get my FP+ I'll choose one :)
