I have included all of the Streets of America just because of how much potential locations there are.
The Muppet Labs Scientific Invisibility Machine has disapeared. After searching you find that the equipment had accidentaly zapped itself and is not stolen.

Or the Mupets have a show tonight and Fozzie's gags have disapeared. After sleuthing around you find out that Pigs have stolen them to stop Fozzie from performing. The props could be by the overhead props near The Backlot Tour hiden above the guests head.

Several effect locations can be the Muppet fountain, the overhead props by the Bcklot tour, the Muppet ballon, or any other good place you can think of.

Well, of course, your mission would be to produce a movie. At each station you could select a script, audition cast, gather props, visit costume & make-up, shoot your scene, do the editing, etc. At the end of your mission, you could get your film e-mailed to you. On subsequent visits, you could make additional scenes. The end goal being to film a whole movie.
And using the Muppets would be perfect: lots of characters, stages and props, but mostly plenty of opportunity for mayhem and madness. I have no doubt that the Imagineers using computers, green screens and other technology could make it possible for a significant number of character-prop-scene combinations so most people could go home with a custom self-made Muppet production.
