What are you reviews of Hollywood and Vine at Dinner? I am looking for somewhere to eat at DHS and nothing really seems great, but this looks okay , but I am worried about making the 6:30 Fantasmic and getting good seats?

My parents did this maybe ten years ago and they thought it was the best buffet ever. So we all go there for lunch recently and we were all disappointed. Wasn't bad but wasn't great either. There was good variety though so you can probably find something good. Also back then there were no characters. Missed that detail when we made the ADR.
We had dinner there in April and we thought it was great. We were a party of six ranging in age from 10 to 61. The buffet had lots of choices and everything was fresh and tasty. It wasn't just standard buffet fare. There were some creative dishes.They also had a nice carving station with roast beef and a pasta station where you would tell the cook what you wanted and he would put it together for you as you watched. Since it's a buffet, the only real service you have is when they bring you beverages and clear your dirty plates. We would definitely go back again.
Fantasmic was at 8:00 pm the night we went but the seats reserved for the Fantasmic Dinner Package were fantastic! We were right in the middle, about 10 rows from the front.

Not my favorite, but edible. Used to be worth it just for the ice cream sundae/candy station. You'll find edible things to eat, but nothing phenomenal.

I don't care for it much. We at there at lunch, which is the same food as dinner, and were very disappointed. (We also have eaten breakfast and it was okay.) The character interaction was great, but thankfully my daughter has outgrown Playhouse Disney so we can go somewhere else.
