This year will be our first trip at Christmas. :xmas: We are planning to do the Candlelight Dinner Package. We are going to do the 6:15 show and eat after. As mentioned above, you should pick up you package at least 30 minutes before your scheduled seating. How early can you actually pick up your package?

When making arrangements for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package, do you have to choose the CP show that you will attend (5:00, 6:45 or 8:15) before they will set your dinner PS time? I've heard that the showtime that you plan to attend will dictate the time range that WDW-DINE will allow your PS arrangements to be made (i.e. blocks of PS's are reserved for the 5:00 show dinner pkg guests, another timeframe block for the 6:45 show dinner guests, etc...)-- Is there any truth to this?? I'd like to eat an early dinner, but then go to the 2nd or 3rd show.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

Be wary of package pickup at the main entrance of EPCOT. I showed up with my family last year, went ahead of them to get in line to pick up my dinner packages. I even called before going up there, as to double check where to pick up the packages. They confirmed the main entrance. I arrived at the park early enough to pick up the dinner package, and get to the restaurant on time. I was surprised and pleased to see that there was no line. The reason for this was that the dinner packages could only be picked up across from the America Gardens Theater, outside the American Pavilion. Needless to say, I sprinted across the park to get my dinner packages and get to the restaurant just in time for my seating. Luckily, I had the radios to let my family know where I was, and to simply meet me at the restaurant. So a word of advice, arrive at the park in plenty of time, and double check where to pick up the dinner packages.

I'm excited to hear that Illuminations:ROE will be performed with a special "holiday finale" this year. I imagine that they will replace the usual "We go on" finale segment over the holidays. I always really enjoyed the holiday version of Illuminations that used to be performed before 2000 when ROE started and I'm glad to hear that some type of recognition of the holidays will be incorporated into ROE.

I still wonder though if this year or sometime in the future MK will get a Holiday Wishes like DL's Believe in Holiday Magic firework show....I'd even be up for using the same score from DL, now that MK is equipped for low level pyros off the buildings as it uses the Remember the Magic theme from MK's 25th party for part of it...and I've always liked that tune. :)
