Will the Holiday themes and decorations still be in the parks on January 5 and 6? Also, will Small World, Haunted Mansion, etc still have their holiday theming then too?

Yes, Christmas officially runs through January 6. As of January 7, Christmas will be gone, except for small world Holiday, which won't close until Haunted Mansion is done having its holiday overlay removed.
January 5 and 6 is still the first week of the new year, but it seems to me that people who are on Christmas / New Years vacation will be heading home by then. Will it still be busy then or starting to slow down?
