The Christmas Season would be one of the most festive and most unique times in my proposed park as it would call for a park-wide overlay of festive holiday spirit.
Th story here is that the Snow Queen comes for her annual vacation in the park. And There, she makes herself at home.
The changes are as follows:
Mainstreet U.S.A. - Mainstreet will be lushly decorated much like the way they decorate the original Mk with all the accessories and the Christmas Tree in Town's Square.
Fantasyland - The most decorated land of them all, Snow would be a prominent feature in the land as well Holiday overlays on some attractions.
"It's A Small World" will be turned into "It's A Small World - Holidays Around the World" where the AA's would wear Christmas and holiday garbs and sing different christmas Songs instead of the old song (A scandalous choice as IASW is a "classic" but it only happens once a year)
The Enchanted Forest would become "The North Pole" where Merlin's Cottage is turned into "the Reindeer Ranch" a petting zoo with real live raindeers. Grandmother Willow's Storytime would be changed into "Mrs' Clause' Stories" where Mrs. Clause would tell different stories from all over the world.
The usual statues that depict various fairy tales would be turned into Ice sculptures depicting some of the most beloved Christmas stories (Rudolph, The Little Drummer Boy, etc...)
The entire Fantasy Lagoon would be turned into a giant skating rink where guests could skate, which means Fantasmic! would be on hiatus and would be replaced by "Disney on Ice" every night.
In Adventureland, the changes would be more subtle with a special "Christmas Trees Around the World" exhibit which would feature various types of trees decorated with a holiday twist.
Frontierland would be the site for "The Festival of Lights" (based on the Christmas light spectacle in Disney/MGM) in which the marvelous structures in New Liberty would be adorned in dazzling Christmas Lights.
The Haunted Mansion would receive its "Haunted Mansion Holiday" overlay.
Toontown would also receive a Christmas overlay themed to the Toons celebrating Christmas. The Scrooge dark ride would also receive a "Ducktales Christmas Carol" overlay
Shadowland is turned into Jack Skellington's Halloween land preparing for their Christmas take over.
Tomorrowland's overlay would be very unique as it celebrates "Galactic Holidays" with a huge AA Santa-bot giving gifts to children. (reminiscent of the gift machine from DL)
The Entertainment offerings would be top notch as it includes:
The Snow Queen Procession - a Parade held every morning in the park celebrating the arrival of the Snow Queen (watch out for Snow)
The Very Merry Christmas Parade - Featuring Santa Clause, this parade is The Disneyland Parade with a Holiday overlay.
The Northern Lights Parade - A Holiday version of MSEP which is a mixture of the original, the Snow Queen Procession and The Very Merry.
Belle's Enchanted Christmas - A New version of Cinderellabration where The Disney Princesses celebrate the holidays. Led by Belle, the show is based on the direct-to-video movie from B&tB.
Monster Christmas - The Characters from Monster's Inc. would perform their annual Christmas play.....hehe
Holiday Wishes - The Wishes Fireworks themed to the spirits of christmas.

I originally planned for it to be done in live action but the facial expressions of the characters would then have to be sacrificed, I'll be posting a script of the show soon.
