Hobgoblin: Who is he?

Quick question. Does anyone know the secret identity of the Hobgoblin that’s featured in the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man? There were quite of few dudes that assumed the role of the Hobgoblin, and it is not specified in the attraction on who it is. Does anyone on here know? Did I miss something in the queue? I google’d it and nothing pops up regarding it. If not. Who do you think is the Hobgoblin battling Spider-Man at IOA?

It is supposed to be Ned Leeds. His name is on the Wanted poster in the loading doc area(or at least used to be referenced) where The Scoops Loading Platform is. There used to be wanted posters for each Villain with their alias names/alter egos/identities.

Yep! I remember the Electro: Max Dillon wanted posted that was on the loading platform. I knew something was missing. Thanks!
