I know where Screamscape got the 5th park rumor from.

I saw the 5th park rumor from another Disney site's message board. A message board member there has an Orlando Attractions Magazine. The poster even scanned the page. Apparently the magazine claims that a 5th WDW Park is on the table. The issue that was Volume 7, Issue 4, fall of 2014.

I am guessing Screamscape went to that other Disney forum or bought a copy of that magazine that had that rumor in it.

The catch is Orlando Attractions Magazine didn't say what ideas Disney had for a 5th park because they didn't have anymore info on it.

It's called the 1st Amendment. As long as they don't write anything libelous or something that could be seen as inciting criminal activity, they're clear.

Then they tried to support the rumor using wildly inaccurate information about land acquisition. I e-mailed them to correct their information, but they don't seem to have fixed it.
