Do refurbs usually end on the day they are listed or do they run over? I will be at WDW Sept 16-22 and the HM refurb is listed to end on the 13th. Do you experts think that it will open?

Unless they run into some major, unforseen problem, you can expect the HM refurbishment to end on-time. The first Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is Friday Sept 14th, and they need to get it back open for that.
