Yes, you are contacted, but you're not making yourself look good by spamming the boards. Disney does watch this forum and has taken action against employees based on what is seen here.

Dude... take our advice seriously. There have been others before you that have come on here about stuff like this and they were pulled into Disney HR and talked about their posts on these forums and it related to them shooting their mouths off about their employment statuses.
Just because this is an UNOFFICIAL board, doesn't mean there aren't official people on here. There are several people here that are in with the mouse, to what stature, we don't know, but the Disney brass know what's going on, on these forums.

Because most people assume that poor behavior outside of work will translate to poor behavior at work. You're not just looking for an answer that can easily be gleaned from Disney's own website but spamming in the process.

Doesnt matter. People are fired/not hired all the time for things they shouldnt of said on social media. Just because Disney isnt affiliated with the board doesnt mean they never look.
