Hippy Dippy Pool closure at Pop Century

A notification on the Pop Century Resort page says, "Beginning winter 2020, the Hippy Dippy Pool will be closed for refurbishment."

Is winter 2020 now, or is winter 2020 December of 2020?

It is closed now through probably early April.

Just wanted to add here because I don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned elsewhere...but during the pool closure the Petals pool bar is STILL OPEN...We were there this week and I was relieved to be able to get something more crafty than what Everything Pop had for beer in the evening.

Do you know what kind of improvements are being made? For example, will Hippy Dippy have music underwater like AOA?

I'll be there during that time (3/30 - 4/3). Not that I use the pool all that much. I'm usually in the parks. But maybe 4/1 to 4/3?

Thanks! I am scheduled to arrive 4/8 with my child and husband, but we have never stayed at Pop. Just curious.
