Yes it is If you are referring to the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs. We are staying in June and booked 60 days ahead. The hotel's actual website goes over all of this if you need confirmation.

I can confirm too. I was on MDE at 11.59 (UK time 
) and it was not coming up with our dates but the minute it clicked over to 12.00 it opened up 60 days covering our entire stay 
I managed to book nearly all my fast passes including FOP at Animal Kingdom at the times I wanted. I’m one happy lady
