Had the towel animals made and set up every day for us when we were there. A new animal every day and the place was spotless and we had extra towels. She even left notes for us and my kids wishing us a magical day every single day. We stayed at the #6 Herbie building in room # 6931. If your lucky to get her you will experience the magic as we did daily.

Yes we did, and Hilda was only there for I think the first 3 days, but the same service throught the rest of the week as well. I do not know any other's names. We put out an envelope each day with $5. I think the going rate is usually about a buck per person but I said to heck with it. Every day we had a spotless room, a no lie ton of extra towels from the resort. Then we had our own Disney towels we used for the pool too. Every time we went to the pool and hung them up in the bathroom to dry overnight. We would come back at the end of the day and they would be folded up nice and neat and placed on the chair by the table. In fact the second day we had all our toiletries scattered out on the sink area basically in a pile. Came back that day and she had a hand towel on either side of the sink basin lined and all our stuff on either side according to his/hers. I thought it was above and beyond along with the towel characters daily etc. Well worth the $5 a day as she actually earned it and so did whomever took over at the end of the week. They must appreciate when people appreciate what they do and leave them something, then go the extra mile. I imagine there are a lot of people who don't tip any extra but we're not like that I come from a poor background and know how hard those jobs are and how hard they actually work at them. they deserve any extra they get usually and as you see by my story they return the kindness ten fold from what I witnessed.
