High speed internet access?

We are going in a couple of weeks. We are not staying onsite and where we are staying does not have a high speed connection. My husband is a computer guy and needs to do a couple hours of work while we are there. My question is does anyone know of any location close to disneyworld, like an internet cafe, where he could easily access this. Thanks!!!

I don't know, but when we were driving out of Orlando on I-4 on our way home from Disney a few weeks ago I was on my laptop in the car and about every mile I was picking up wireless internet connections! Just go park outside a big hotel. :lol:

Well, you can stop onsite and do it:

I'm assuming he is on a laptop, so he can go to any of the "hot spot" locations on that page and go from there.

As long as you pay the $9.95 for the connection password, it doesn't matter if you are staying at the resort or not.

Thrawn....the connections are only available in the rooms. If you're not staying in a room, there is no access.

Try again! For a long time, the high speed connectivity was only in the public areas or convention areas. Yes, anyone can access the WiFi if they pay the fees.

Wi-fi yes...the $9.95 is only available in the rooms.

"Price: $9.95 for 24-contiguous hours charged to the room account."

That means you need to be registered as a guest in that resort. Thrawn mentioned the $9.95 fee...not wi-fi.
