high school musical Europe tour

I doubt it... the cast begins filiming of the 2nd film in late spring/ early summer so I don't think they will have time to go to the UK.
I just searched for the remaining schedule and here it is:
Anaheim, Calif., Jan. 26
Fresno, Calif., Jan. 27
Las Vegas, Jan. 28

Well, speak to whoever puts forward the shows to do - I'm sure a lot of youth groups will be looking to perform it

I used to be in a youth Am-dram group many years ago (I'm barrelling down on 40), and have helped out from time to time since. They did Technicolour Dreamcoat last week. One of the production team said that HSM was put forward for their next show, but the director wants nothing to do with it.
I think it would be a better choice than what they are doing - Grand Hotel. I was in a production of it a few years ago and played a character that cheated on his wife, tried to rape a stenographer and murdered a Count. Not quite the same as HSM

i think that maybe high school musical will do a tour after high school musical two comes out..........
after all the album was #01 in the uk too
on an interveiw vanessa hudgens said that the might do a european tour to promote her album.
