I had my phone interview yesterday, and I think it went really well, she was very friendly and her and I shared alot of laughs.

So is there anyway to tell if one gets in? Like checking grades? or other things? Cause there have been some issues this year regarding classes and withdrawls and stuff of that nature!

You're over-thinking it. Checking grades, etc. is not something they do - despite anything anyone may tell you. The only holdback is if you are CURRENTLY on academic probation; and even then I know plenty of people who got it.

Bottom line is as long as you're not a complete goof on the phone interview, you're in as long as they haven't filled up yet. Trust me when I say Disney wants you there even more than you want to be there. From a business standpoint, CPers are the best labor around ... super cheap, unlimited hours, they put you where they want you, and you never take a holiday.
